1. What we collect
- Information you give us — name, phone number, delivery address, email, LINE or Facebook account, and order details such as the text on the plate you design.
- Payment information — the transfer slip you send us. We do not store your card numbers.
- Website usage — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring source, collected through cookies when you consent.
- Messages — what you send us through Facebook Messenger, LINE or our contact form.
2. Why we collect it
- To take your order, produce the item you designed, and ship it.
- To contact you about your order, send tracking numbers, and provide after-sales support.
- To issue receipts and tax documents as required by law.
- To improve the website from aggregate usage data (only with your analytics cookie consent).
- To show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms, including re-marketing to people who have visited our site. This happens only with your advertising cookie consent.
3. Our legal basis
- Performance of a contract — data needed to accept, produce and deliver your order. Without it we cannot provide the service.
- Legal obligation — accounting and tax records.
- Consent — analytics and advertising cookies, and marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting your orders.
- Legitimate interest — system security and fraud prevention.
4. Who we share it with
- Delivery companies — name, phone and address, to deliver your parcel.
- Service providers — our hosting and shipping system providers.
- Advertising and analytics platforms — Meta Platforms and Google, only with your consent for the relevant cookie category.
- Government authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data on servers outside Thailand, including Meta Platforms and Google, which operate servers in the United States and elsewhere. We choose providers with recognised data protection standards and transfer only what is necessary for the purposes described above.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records — 5 years, as required by tax law.
- Enquiries that did not lead to an order — 1 year.
- Cookie consent records — 3 years, as evidence in case of a dispute.
- Cookie data — for the lifetime of each cookie, listed in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access — see and obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — have data deleted when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent.
- Restriction — ask us to suspend use of your data.
- Objection — object to certain processing.
- Portability — have your data transferred to another controller.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting your use of the service.
- Complain — to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
